RAYA

I wished for a lot of things this raya knowing nothing I did would make them come true.

1. I miss having mak tok in my life. I wish u’re here right now with us every raya and see how well I’ve become.

2. I miss spending my raya in KL at tok yah’s house with ayah anje and everyone instead of going back to Kuala every raya. I love opah. No doubt but i just miss celebrating the 1st day of raya with tok yah.

3. I miss the chit chat session with mak mas, mama, mak and pak yang every 1st raya night. Makan kuih raya and berborak till 3am in the morning. It was fun.

4. I miss mak tok’s kuah kacang, serunding ikan bilis and laksa penang.

5. I really really really really miss u, mak tok. I hope u’re well and happy. Went to tok yah’s house today and saw ur stuff still hanging in the closet just the way u left it.

p/s Airplanes are not shooting stars, and even if they are I won't be wishing upon them because it's just plain stupid. Happy Raya everyone. :)
