I love walking. It helps me to think more clearly. Yesterday as always was a fulfilling day, I went for yoga at 7am, had breakfast at Kiara, donate blood at PDN Jalan Tun Razak (they've the best nasi lemak I tell you!), walk from KLCC to Farenheit88 for a meni pedi session, window shopping at Sg Wang, walk back to KLCC and took the LRT back home. What drives me to be so active nowadays I don't know but I guess it's the need to be fitter than I am now and to prepare myself for Spain. :)

I miss my Morning Ashtaga Led 1 today, sorry Azmi but I was just too exhausted to go. I need sleeeppp :P I notice that yoga makes me calmer, jealousy contained, anger controlled and I accept things more easily now. Don't get me wrong, it's good :)

As I was walking yesterday (in the rain) I couldn't help noticing that KL is evolving to be like Singapore, with covered walkways and bridges across shopping malls, do you know that there's a bridge from KLCC Convention Centre to Sunway Group across the street? And there's a small surau built in between the building (it's yellow! just like my nails). Well, what I'm implying is the development in Kuala Lumpur is rapidly growing with constructions everywhere, it's a good thing but I just can't help wondering whether my kids are going to experience all these things that I experienced growing up, walks in the rain, LRT trips, crossing the road? (I imagine KL to be like Singapore with underground tunnels and all, we don't even have to cross the roads). This is too much, I'm just rambling, anyways. :) If you have time, try taking these kinds of walk, it helps you think as well as burn some calories, hehe.
